every customer’s service request can be difficult, but we always try to do our best. We work very hard to stay on schedule so that our valuable customers will not spend time waiting on their selected appointment.

A scheduled appointment is a commitment of time between you and our service team.

When appointments are missed or cancelled, that time is permanently lost.

Alloil llc. asks that when you schedule an appointment that you make every effort to keep that commitment. We understand that personal emergencies sometimes occur, and we take that into consideration when receiving a last minute cancelation.

In order to provide the highest quality service to our customers we have enforced a missed appointment policy.  By booking an appointment with Alloil LLC you agree to the following missed appointment policy.

As a customer of Alloil LLC, I understand and agree with the following:

·      I am responsible for canceling appointments within 24 hours of the appointment.

·      Should I fail to commit to my appointment, or cancel my appointment within the 24-hour period prior to my appointment, Alloil LLC will notify me of the missed appointment via email.

·      I will be charged 15.00 dollars for the initial missed appointment and 30.00 dollars for every following missed appointment.

·      Appointments missed due to illness, adverse weather conditions, or other conditions that reasonably prohibited me from canceling the appointment will not be considered missed appointments.  I must notify Alloil LLC of such an occurrence.

Alloil LLC will terminate services if three or more missed appointments take place in a twelve-month time period.  Alloil LLC will notify me if noncompliance due to missed appointments results in termination of services.
